产品描述	This Small Batch Grenache Shiraz is the perfect blend creating a medium to full-bodied plush palate. Displaying bright & vibrant red fruit characters with hints of spice. The Grenache fruit was selectively handpicked from 120-year-old bush vines. Gently destemmed and cold-soaked for 14 days. Slowly Fermented for a further 14 days then gently pressed into a mixture of new and 2-year-old French Oak barrels. The Shiraz was selectively handpicked from 80-year-old vines. Gently destemmed and cold-soaked for 14 days. Slowly Fermented for a further 14 days then gently pressed into a mixture of new and 2-year-old American Oak barrels. Curtis Family Vineyards sources fruit from a combination of owned vineyards and premium McLaren Vale growers. The blend of individual vineyard and sub-regional characteristics is the key to the resulting style. Drink now to 25 years.
